RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange (where available) your Paris Rodriguez Online Store purchase, including sale items, by returning it to Paris Rodriguez Online Store.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. All new items following an in-store exchange will be subject to the In Store Purchases Policy detailed below.
ONCE A TAG OF THE GARMENT IS REMOVED, THE ITEM IS NOT LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. All packaging (including garment bags, packing box, etc.) shipped with your order must be returned.
Once the tag of your garment has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return’s time frame.
For all swimwear, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the top and pant sizes of bikini sets must match. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered, if the top and pant sizes of bikini sets differ, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
If you wish to return an item, Paris Rodriguez does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout or during the custom clearance in your country. Contact your local customs office to obtain tax information.
Paris Rodriguez will cover the costs of returned items using the prepaid returns label within the US. Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping costs for items returned, except for defective items. All international returns should be shipped back to Paris Rodriguez as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return. For exchanged items Paris Rodriguez will cover the shipping cost, however, duties and taxes will be collected for the exchanged items.
Once we receive the items you want to return or exchange, they will be inspected; once the system clears your item, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed; it will take between 5-8 to process your return from the moment we received your package.
Paris Rodriguez will only accept returns or exchanges on items with proof of purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. Make sure you fill out the returned request you received with your garment and enclose it on the return package. Returns received without a return request may take up to 30 days to be processed.
